Poorly fitted and tiled ensuite shower

I paid bathroom fitter to completely install a shower, tilting, enclosure and everything else.
After 6 months the shower is leaking around the tray, and the grouting has cracked everywhere inside the shower.
This is causing water damage in the ensuite and downstairs.
How should I approach getting this work corrected either by the bathroom fitter or an alternate tradesman?
We refused to pay his plumber due to poor work.
