I recall having this problem on a previous Asda competition. The consensus was that if you are either entering on a mobile (or possibly tablet too) OR if you have the Mobile User Agent enabled on your desktop it will work fine. I've just entered fine with the MUA extension enabled. However before enabling it, I couldn't see a form either.

This didn't work for me on Firefox but worked fine on Chrome
