Northern Rock harrassment

Dear All
After a long and threatening phonecall to Northern Rock yesterday regarding my loan account, I spoke to the CCCS who advised me to write a letter to them quoting the OFT guidance and asking for their complaints procedure.
Does anyone have a template for this kind of letter? Only if I write it it'll probably be pages and pages long ..
Thanks in advance

I think you need to be a bit more specific about your what the issue is, then maybe someone could give you a letter...
