I really do have to stop being so sceptical0

Hi Guys, I cam across this forum a few days ago, I wrote to Halifax myself regarding fees that were added to my account over a two year period, some where even added when the account should have been closed which was then passed to a debt collection agency ( that haven't left me alone) anyway the amount came to approx £1500-1700 of fees and Halifax refunded me £800 and an apology of £150. They added it to the debt for the debt collectors as they sold it on so now I only owe £200 and something to them which I was pretty chuffed with as the whole process only took about 3 days via Resolver! So there is hope for those still wanting to try, I wasn't sure if it was worth it but nothing venture nothing gained and tbh some of the fees back then were extortion.0

Funny, but I had a strange premonition of what the outcome might be before I got to the op's final post.
And all within 4 days too!0 -
