DRO End
Options
Hi All,
ive been in a DRO for the past year with the Moratorium end date being today. but i juat have a quick question.
Checking the insolvency register my entry shows the status as: Currently Subject To Debt Relief Order : Moratorium Period ended on 27 October 2016
Im just a little confused as it says im still subject to but that the moratorium period has ended. Is This how the entry looks when complete or will the status change again? and too what?
thank you in advance

Hi Fezzy,
Your details are on the Insolvency Register for 15months from the date it begins so they will be there for another 3months. However, your DRO will still complete in 12months as long as your restrictions haven't been extended for any reason.
