Can I keep BG homecare cover if I leave them as supplier?

Just done a comparison through this site and could save £350 a year by leave British Gas in December and joining E.on, which I want to do for obvious reasons. Ive currently got BGas Homecare boiler cover, can I still keep that even if I leave them as supplier?
