Paypal access mastercard, is it free to withdraw at an ATM

I've had a paypal access mastercard for a while but never used it, but I'm about to withdraw some cash from my balance so Im thinking I'll test the paypal card to see if it works. There's money in my Paypal account, so I intend to use it at a free ATM (e.g at a supermarket or bank).
My question to any others that have the card is do Paypal charge a fee for withdrawing funds from your own balance? Or is it pretty much the same as withdrawing it to a bank account i.e free to withdraw?
Also, is it the same limit as a bank card such as £250/£300 a day?

thanks, yes found a table with their rates. £2 to withdraw at an ATM . Yet theres no fee when using it to purchase something.
Looks like I'll have to stick with the arduous exercise of transferring my balance to my bank account and then using debit card to withdraw it.0
