Still waiting for mortgage valuation

we accepted a offer on our house 3 weeks ago, no chain involved so should be a very simple transaction. our buyer's are still to have the valuation done. I've chased our EA today to find out what's going on and if the buyers have a issue with getting a mortgage.
Just seem's like we are being kept in the dark about why after 3 weeks no valuation has been instructed!! EA won't answer that question they just try to change the subject. Our solicitor has sent our draft contract to the other side. How long do we wait before we pull out if nothing happens??
Many thanks 😤

That's what we thought, so frustrating we will make the formal threat to the EA next Fri that if the valuation isn't instructed within the next 7 working days we are will pull out. We think that's fair that gives them plenty of time to lean on our buyer to get into gear!0 -
if its any consolation my house was agreed on 15th June. The valuation wasn't done until 2nd August, the lender, or someone was just extremely slow0

It's not a threat. It's an ultimatum. Don't threaten to do something, just do it

We accepted the offer on our house on the 5th october and only yesterday heard from the surveyor. They are coming next Thursday so around a month from offer to survey. We had heard the purchasers had paid for the survey so we knew they were serious, they must have chosen busy surveyors is all i can assume!ITV comp winner no 410
