Real mini Fridge

Trying to locate a real fridge (under 20 litres) one that can go to 4 degree. I've seen so many that are just Thermoelectric cooler that lowers x degrees based on ambient temperate which normally is just 10ish degrees. Normal room temperature is say 20 degrees which make these things useful. Anyone know of any?
