in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
how do i go about reclaiming card insurance prior to 2005. Which i was talked into needing over phone, when barclaycard contacted me querying a holiday payment that was made outside UK. Will i have to go through Ombudsman?

    Phone and complain.
    Until you've had a final response from them, you can't go to the Ombudsman
