Seems a good price. I valued on Glass's Guide to give a part ex value (which is always lower than full retail) and I did make a few assumptions:
Toyota Yaris T2
1.0 Petrol 5-door Hatchback
5 Speed Manual Front Wheel Drive
Year: 2006 06
Mileage: 10,000
Part-exchange Price:
Excellent condition:
£5730
Average condition:
£5210
Below average condition:
£4580
Boys scout stuff:
Warning Triangle
First Aid Kit
Torch
Road Atlas
"Honk if you're horny" bumper stickerThe man without a signature.0 -
that sounds a very good price. its the reason i couldnt afford a yaris, they're quite expensive in comparison to other minis but worth the moneya s they go on for ever.
I keep in my car, some tissues, flash wipes, windowlene and loads of kitchen roll, fold up chairs, a cool box, tea towels, shammy leather (or is it chamoix), sunglasses, a thermos cup for beverages, maps, cleaning materials, water, air freshener, the manual...erm thats it i think.0 -
Couple of other things worth considering:
High visibility fluorescent vest,
Air compressor.0 -
Having been part of the M5 overnight flood group at strensham srevices back in July I'd recommend:
Blankets, Bottled water, long life food (cereal bars? choc?)
Left home in mcr at 5.00pm expecting a tough journey to bristol (normally 3-4hrs, expected 5-6) didn't get there until 7.00am0 -
A wind-up torch is a good idea, batteries always seem to be flat in an ordinary torch when you need it on a dark night. A disposable camera is handy if you're ever in an accident and need to take pictures to prove you're in the right.0

You may well need a bigger car than a Yaris if you put all that stuff in it!! :rotfl:0
