Railings and concrete posts

I would really like a low wall with pillars and metal railings for my front garden but can't afford it so.........I thought, maybe I could get the concrete posts and gravel boards (where you put wooden fencing between) and but railings in between instead of wooden panels.
I realize the cutout in the posts (for the fence panels and gravel boards) would be too wide for metal railings so if anyone knows of any similar product that would do the job I would be grateful.
