Venting about my own stupidity. The only thing my partner has ever specifically asked for in 7 years and I forgot to pre-order it. And now it's sold out. Everywhere. Gaaaaahhhhh!!! I really don't want to be one of those people that queues in the early hours to get their hands on something.

Could be a long Christmas this end.

There will be more stock - you've got a while yet. perhaps sign up for the whatsapp group on hot uk deals and be alerted when they are back in stock.

Is it the classic NES you're after? the re-release? As I've found preorder stock at Smyths toy stores (http://www.smythstoys.com/uk/en-gb/video-games-tablets/new-games-coming-soon/c-691/coming-soon-wii-u/p-19306/nintendo-classic-mini-nintendo-entertainment-system-with-30-games/) and at Game (http://www.game.co.uk/en/nintendo-classic-mini-nintendo-entertainment-system-1664153).

It isn't released here yet, but Game guarantee pre-xmas delivery.

They probably didn't even do that in 1986!!

I love Nintendo, but it is comical how long they've been clinging on to the past! The NX looks a tidy console but it is telling how they have to rely on Zelda as a pre-launch title!

I happen to agree @daytona, hence why I didn't pre-order when I saw it was an option. And now all the pre-order stock is gone!!

Thanks for the links @DomRavioli. I saw those but it won't let me "Add to Basket" so that I can complete the pre-order. Have whacked in my diary to check again at a later stage.
