Pencil type stylus for ipad

My daughter wants a pencil type stylus for her ipad. The prices are ridiculous. Could anybody recommend a much cheaper alternative? She wants it for drawing and has the stubbier type stylus. TIA

I bought two at the pound shop last week.
They work perfectly, of course they don't have an Apple logo on them, so that's £30+ discounted..;)

The pound shop ones will most likely scratch your screen so just be a bit careful.
They are a pound for a reason
I know this is a money saving site, but ruining a £300+ device to save 21 squid is reverse logic

Not really worthy of you just making a guess.;) They don't scratch anything, as proven by actual use. What is there that could scratch the screen?
