Refund due from Virgin Media

Hi, have any of you had a refund from Virgin when you moved to another supplier and how long did it take to come through? We were disconnected on the 6th October, there is a bill showing a credit on my account but have heard nothing. (their equipment was sent back about 10 days ago).

We disconnected on 16th September and our final bill was issued on 26th September. Credit due was paid back to us on 12th October and didn't seem dependent on us returning the equipment, even though we did this at the beginning of the month.0

Change of Policy at Virgin with regards this.
If you have a Tivo box 500mg or 1tb or Super Hub 3, refunds will not be processed until the equipment if returned.0 -
Thank you JB162, equipment was returned nearly 2 weeks ago. Will chase them if I have not heard anything by the end of the week0
