Hi guys
I nearly have a "Good" Credit score as below:

As you can see, I am borderline between fair and good. But affordability score is the lowest it can be. I have plenty of disposable income.... Whats happening here? :P

What's happening is you're being showing a couple of ratings that don't have any real meaning, and are not seen or used by lenders.
Just check that the data is correct on your files.0 -
Wow, thank you for your quick reply
I thought this was the one thing that they WOULD look at, haha. Ah well, thats good to know. I am trying to get my score up, slowly but surely, but this is the only thing that I can see is holding it back. I have a Clear Score account, and all the info on that seems to all be ok.0 -
The basic 'problem' - or perhaps 'issue' is a better word - is that Experian don't yet have exhaustive details of our income and expenditure, but you can bet your bottom dollar that they're working on that one, trying to identify various data sets that they can harvest (without our permission, of course).0

Hi,
It's credit history that matters, credit scores are made up of assumptions made about you, then generated into numbers by the credit reference agency's.
