We were told the front driveway is somewhere he chooses to park and the garage at the back isn't used for cars (we're trying to sort out an access issue with that)! The write up by the estate agent clearly states a driveway and a single car garage as main selling points!!
Didn't know whether to laugh or cry!!
(Not to mention their refusal to give access to our builder to cost up some jobs - even though we've stated this isn't a way to haggle the sale price)0 -

If the local authority notice that's happening, they can take really quite extreme measures... There have been several cases where bollards have been installed.
