HSBC card problems

So, this morning I checked my HSBC card account and it showed a £5000 payment to my account, direct debit. None of my accounts show this payment, I never gave them direct debit information and I genuinely had no idea where this came from. I thought it must be a glitch so I left it for today, thinking if it was still there tomorrow I'd call HSBC. I checked my online banking a few minutes ago and now the account is showing 0 available? Did they shut the account off due to random and suspicious activity? I haven't heard anything from them, just wondering if this is normal? I had already made my monthly payment about two weeks earlier so they couldn't have shut it down due to non payment. Anyone heard of anything like this before?
