Switching from HSBC to M&S incentive?

Having benefited from the HSBC incentive payments for switching to their current account, I'm now considering switching to M&S to get their incentive payments. But I'm not sure if I would be wasting my time ...
I notice that M&S bank seems to be run by HSBC, so they may not consider it to be a real switch.
Am I likely to be rejected for the M&S incentive payments because I they will know about my having already benefited from my HSBC account incentive payments?
Has anyone switched from HSBC to M&S and successfully received the incentive payments from both?

If it doesnt mention on the T&C's of M&S then switching from HSBC will be fine,

I cant see anything of the sort on the website, and therefore can conclude that you can switch from HSBC to M&S, if you qualify for an account with them, and your HSBC account has at least 2 DD.

The only in group switching that doesn't work in terms of incentives is Bank of Scotland to Halifax.0 -
M&S Financial Services and HSBC Bank are two different companies.
Halifax and BOS are the same bank - not simply the same 'group'.No problem with this.
