Hotels.com email address please

Have searched high and low for an actual email address for Hotels.com, tried several time to 'contact us' through their website, even completed all the details then it crashes with a 'server access denied; error message, and have tried it several times.

I phoned them already as was met by the most unhelpful person I've ever spoken too, hence why I need an email address

Why have you totally ignored all responses on your other thread?

Havent ignored them at all, have called the hotel direct who said they cant refund as it was booked through Hotels.com and it the website that are holding the money. We had a issue years ago with a hotel in Belgium where the lift wasnt working, and we was on a 5th floor and had booked it for a friend who had travelled there for an operation (we specified this on the booking we'd need a lift or ground floor room), and we contacted Hotels.com who refunded us and found us a replacement hotel straight away, so am kind of hoping they'll be as considerate this time too, if I can get hold of them

A quick google search came up with [EMAIL="customercare@hotels.comcustomercare@hotels.com"]customercare@hotels.com[/EMAIL] as the customer services email.
