Well, I still get them and think, whatever our age it proves we are still hormonal - surely that must be a good sign???!!!!! - we haven't dried out yet!!!!!!!
I'm sure mine are nothing to do with chips & crisps, i just have the hormones ( .. body & spirit, ha, ha) of a teenager!0 -

For people using freederm, you may want to consider using NICAM gel.
Freederm costs £9 for 25g. You can buy NICAM gel at the boots pharmacy for £13.08 for 60g (more than twice as much for less than twice the price). It has the exact same ingredients (nicotinamide 4% which is the anti inflamatory ingredient) and the rest of the ingredients are the same and it is made by the same manufacturer.
NICAM gel is basically the unbranded, unmarketed freederm and can also be prescribed by dr's too i think so you could possibly get it at prescription price. I read this info on the internet, went and asked boots pharmacy about it and they confirmed that Nicam was basically unbranded freederm. It's just that freederm tube is so small so Nicam lasts alot longer and is cheaper per gram, especially if you can get it on prescription.
Just thought i'd pass that on!
ps. i read on the internet that some people were told they needed a prescription to buy it from boots pharmacy but this isn't true as my pharmacy let me have it (tho i had to wait til the next day so they could order it in for me).0 -
