Double Glazed Windows Failing?

My double glazed windows are wooden framed with 12mm gaps between the glass and are 25 years old.
They are now also prone to having condensation on the inside (not between the gap) the inside pane, on the bottom of the glass in the morning, even downstairs.
I thought this was caused by removing the warm air heating and replacing it with radiators because there is now less ventilation.
Then this morning I looked out the window and saw a reflection of the sun of our windows on the house opposite and noticed that the shape of the reflection had changed.
See link at bottom
Previously all the windows reflection had a cross shape as shown in the 2 rightmost reflections, now they are like the squarish shape on the left.
This only happens a few days of the year when the sun is in the correct place in the sky.
As far as I can remember they were all cross shaped, it is just this morning I noticed they were no longer like that.
The cross reflections are my neighbours house, mine are now square.
Time to replace the windows?

You tend to find that most double glazing has a guarantee of 10 years and I would be looking at changing these in the period of 25 years as you have stated, If you cannot afford this and the frames are fine then perhaps look at just the units being changed instead.0
