Bromley parking ticket

Hello All,
I received a parking ticket from bromley council on 19/10, it was on a private road which states "access by the public by permission of the council of the London Borough of bromley" so I take it that does give them jurisdiction. However I was parked on a single yellow line and the only signs around which related to the residential bays stated no permit holders between 12-2pm and I received the ticket at 10:30am so I wanna know if I have a good case or not? I am in the process of writing up a template now and have taken pics of all the signs. Any advice would be much appreciated.

As we tend to major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work) and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.
You might also like to read this article which contains links to a DIY robot to appeal council tickets. How effective it is has been questioned - take a look and make your own mind up.

HTHPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
