I have a spreadsheet that works out what I've paid for my energy or what I might pay for any particular tariff.
Why can't you do the same eg know how much you've used instead of doing sod all and making then making legal threats that just cost us all money!!!! Like someone else said above, even without a spreadsheet surely you can see how much energy you used.0 -
