Yes, it does. I got the error message saying incorrect country as others have but ignored it and entered my details to claim, including email and postal address. The email was sent almost immediately. Two emails actually, one confirming my order and the next one with my code.

I've won every time I've played, £1, 50p and 50p again but I didn't realise they expire after 24 hours and of course are only good to play on their games. Clever way to get you hooked really.

ETA: didn't win this time! I was going to make a note of the steps needed to claim to post here.
