I take it that this letter is not in any way lawful as it's not come from S&K's solicitor direct?
It's perfectly lawful but still only a debt crawler letter. You already know what to do about them.

You don't even have to be familiar with the BMPA website/know where to look, to find that sort of expert advice. I just Googled 'BMPA CSB Solicitors' and that was among the first results. I am a member of the BMPA (a charity, offering specific free advice on private parking scams) as are several regular posters here and the website has everything you need, including how to reply to a LBCCC if you get one, and court stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A firmly written email to the Eagle Meadow Shopping Centre was this morning forwarded to S&K's Business Development manager who has taken the circumstances into consideration and kindly cancelled the PCN.
What a relief. Thank you all for you advice and help on this, it was invaluable.0
