if its all due to not being a migrant, perhaps you should move abroad and see what you can get free in other countries!
the onus is on the claimant to find out what and what isn't considered within the benefit they are claiming.
you didn't check and now want to whinge, when you could have checked and received everything you were entitled to.0 -
There's a lot of forgetting and assuming in there. This is your fault. Stop blaming everyone else. And you have lost your bet - migrants don't get everything for free, so you can pay up on the bet toohad a dental checkup (£19) and thought was covered under ESA. They caught up with me, my ESA wrong type; penalty £100 plus £52 for checkup. Got Citizens Advice to help; they called but were told I had to pay penalty in 3 instalments. I did, but forgot the original £52. Now I've been given further penalty of £50 on top of £52; so £150 penalty for what should've been a £19 procedure. I'm on ESA and this is Outrageous. If i was a migrant, I bet this wouldn't have happened as they get everything free. I have made payment arrangements for debts for £1 pm for a £3k debt with no charges. Until I became ill, I was working full time, 35 years and paid my dues. Robbers0 -
'Forgetting' must be catching as there is a lot of it on here.0
