Wow thank you guys I would have replied sooner if i'd known I had an update, I did not send an SOA (I used the harassment template).
I will send them a SOA tomorrow special delivery again so that they get it.
Should I use this SOA generator?

Also does it matter if I've built up more debt since the other debts? they are all on 0% interest but paying them back, this has also helped credit rating.
How likely is it that they will take me to court?

Don't be bullied into paying more than you can afford despite there threats.
I know you've pretty much written me a template, but is there a pre-set one to use?
Thank you so much sourcrates for all your help so far - truly appreciate it.:beer:0 -

I've used this letter actually from CAB, it's ready to sent tomorrow (unless you can tell me why not!) along with my financial statement (still within 14 days).
Pardon the pun but I'll keep you 'posted'!0
