Wrong Door Fitted

Hi all,
I wanted to share a recent experience and get your views on what my rights are.
I recently agreed to have several new double glazing units installed, one of which was a composite front door. In my initial emails I'd sent some example photos of my current door (so they knew what the size / shape was) and an example of the type of door I wished to replace.
Further into the email thread when discussing the specific options like colour, accessories, the salesman instructed me to browse the manufacturers website and send him the door I wanted. I sent him a screenshot of this and later this day we spoke on the phone to clarify and I said clearly that I just wanted 'like for like' with the photo.
The door was installed last week and only at the point my existing door had been ripped out and the new one was to be installed I found out they had copied my existing door like for like, rather than the one I requested. It's a different colour, has different coloured hardware and different hardware to what I want.
I raised this straight away and the company are speaking to the manufacturer but have not yet committee to replacing free of charge. They've also referred to the contract which has one reference to the colour being 'oak' which in my view is open to interpretation - oak can easily be coloured or a texture/style!
I'm concerned they will want me to pay for all / part of the replacement.
What do you think my rights are here?

How did you pay ?0
-
I've paid a deposit so far by bank transfer - about 30% of the total amount.0

Any ideas?
I've since been asked to pay half the £250 cost to replace which I believe is unreasonable.0 -
What does your contract say? Does the door match the one you sent them in the screenshot?0

Why wasn't the new door checked BEFORE the old one was removed?0
