Last November switched to Dec 16 collective fix, it was a nightmare, I was already with BG, changed again this October to collective 2017 fix , you no what , still as bad the switch went fine, now I was due for an account review 22nd october, this hasn't happened, direct have just been set to what I was already paying, I'm £274 in credit. The web site does nothing, can not manage account ,reclaim credit, see energy usage, CRAP basically. Now I have sent gas readings in, electric read direct smart meter, no difference besides one department sending me an email telling me bill not due,to seconds latter having another email saying send reading within 14 days, I have contacted BG 3 times via email all I get back saying looking in to it, this is no good to me, they still want to take my direct debits and still hold my cash. Last year the only one who helped was Matt one of the reps on here, if any one sees him posting on the forum can they please point him to this post
