Travel Credit Card

Following an article on the MSE website, I recently applied for the Barclaycard Travel Credit Card. The article says that:-
There's no fees for spending or withdrawing cash abroad until 31 August 2018.
You don't get charged interest on spending or cash withdrawals abroad, provided you pay them off in full by the date shown on your statement.
However, I have just spotted the following on the Barclaycard site:-
No non-sterling transaction fees on your foreign spend and ATM withdrawals abroad until 31 August 2018
11.9% interest on your purchases and 27.9% interest on your ATM withdrawals home and abroad, from account opening.
And, in the summary box:-
Non-sterling transaction fees will not be charged on transactions made on or before 31 August 2018. (Standard or cash interest rates apply depending on the type of transaction).
So, it seems that the MSE site says that NO Fees OR interest will be charged on foreign cash withdrawals but Barclaycard says that interest WILL be charged.
I am really confused now. If MSE is wrong, then I have applied for a card unnecessarily and won't use it. The main reason for applying was to get a card that I could use to withdraw cash abroad without being charged fees or interest.
Please will you clarify which is correct?

The Barclaycard site actually saysInterest-free purchases and withdrawals for up to 56 days
Enjoy a little breather once you get home, with no interest to pay for up to 56 days, provided you pay each monthly statement balance in full, on:
Purchases you make abroad, like paying for your hotel room in the local currency
Any non-sterling cash withdrawals you make while you're away0 -
Thank-you for your reply and sorry for the delay in responding.
I still thought that the information that I could see on the Barclaycard website was ambiguous, so I sent a secure message to ask for clarification. The response I received was still ambiguous so I sent 2 further messages, each reply getting more and more confusing until I was advised to phone them up for the necessary information.
I have just done this and I'm happy to report that you are right. It's just a pity that Barclaycard can't make it clearer and train their people to understand it too.
This was my final message to them:-
You said:-
"interest will be charged on a daily basis from when the transaction hits your account, to the day it is paid in full (there is no interest free period)"
Then you said:-
"Even if your account is in credit and you make a non sterling cash transaction, you will still be charged interest at your cash rate of 27.90%."
And:-
"You will get up to 56 days' interest free on purchases and cash withdrawals in non-Sterling, provided you pay the full statement balance on time and in full each month. Otherwise, interest will be charged from the date that the transaction appears on your account."
So, which is it? "No interest-free period", or "up to 56 days' interest free on purchases and cash withdrawals in non-sterling"?0
