Barcelona Hotels

Any recommendations for a cheap hotel/accommodation for 4 nights in November? There are 6 of us traveling. We thought about an apartment for the time were there which seems to be the cheapest option, but I'm a bit weary of sending a deposit over bank transfer to some of them when I'm not 100% trusting of where my money is going!!?

Any help/advice would be great!!

Aparthotel Mariano Cubi is where I normally stay you get the best of both worlds as there is also a Kitchen area and it's at the top of Rambalas over Diagonal and by all the Shops.

But more importantly for me it's two minutes walk from our Offices.

Don't know the prices off hand but there are loads of ApartHotels in Barca, but you'll find most of the Hotels around Rambalas don't only do B&B and don't have Bars as there are so many just on your doorstep

Hi we are off to Barcelona next week in an aprtment we chose from www.lovingbarcelona.com. I have had several emails confirming the booking (we paid a £50 deposit), plus a very lenghtly email with the number of the greeter to call when we arrive plus excellent directions to the apartment. It all looks genuine and above board and the apartment looks well placed. Definately a cheaper option than a hotel. Hope you find something you like.

Hi try the Apartments Inn Barcelona Guardia near to Las ramblas 2 key. Not luxury but cheap and sleep 6 people. Booked with relaxabroad.com. Approx £32 per person per night.

I'd recommend doing a search on venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance)
PM me if you want a 4% discount code.

I think it's a good idea to check out this website even if you find hotels cheaper elsewhere, as the descriptions and maps are generally better than other sites in my opinion.
