Seriously though, you need to check your lease, get liability insurance and create a proper commercial lease.

My son charged £50 for six weeks, it is a garage in a block as you described, West Midlands. The car was in there for the full six weeks (i.e. not taken out) because the owner was abroad.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Couple mentioned about storing cars. Like I said, nice area = expensive/classic cars and people will pay. I should have trusted my own instinct instead of the innate pessimism that's ingrained in the mse forums
