    Don't trust MSE info, it's not always correct. Best to check with the bank and if it doesn't say you need to switch then guess what! You do need to switch to get the £100 each though.

    Can you recommend a friend retrospectively after they opened an account ?

    I opened a Santander Everyday Current account and BOS Classic Vantage account over the weekend and they are both up and running on online banking. Yet to receiving my cards though.
