Suggest you do and tell them to cease processing save for raising a claim. If they continue to process e.g by sending your personal data to a debt collector when the issues are unproven at court, then you will complain to the Information Commissioners Office.

Now having lost Popla appeal, do i wait and do nothing ( watching Debt Collectors letters amass ) or should I write to Premier Park's solicitors inviting them to commence
Small Claims Court action. I am happy to take a day off work to defend this. ???
Here is your original thread, it would be best to ask a Board Guide to merge them so the whole picture is here:

If you get a claim in the end, please reply on your thread and don't start a new one.

What a shame the keeper didn't just point to Premier Park's well-known Schedule 4 wording flaw, a POPLA win every time.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I would go further.

As per the Court of Appeals ruling (Vidal Hall vs Google Inc) I will be seeking compensation for distress under the Data Protection Act if you continue to process my personal information save for raising a claim
Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D

Only just become aware of the Schedule 4 wording flaw. However I believe this should be adjudged solely on Law of Contract. 'Welcome Parking ' sign is invitation to treat. I enter car park and it is completely full up so invitation to treat is null and void. Further signage in car park could say anything ( eg drop litter and be fined £100) but there is still no contract in place. One qualification from an incident at a Civil Service car park at work, if you park outside of bays and damage occurs you have infringed the terms of the car park insurance and probably your own car insurance. At the end of the day there should have been a sign at entrance stating ' Car Park Full' .
