As above two comments, that is a valid email for amazon in what you have posted.

I can't see a scam here, or it's very good hidden one.

Are you saying that you received this email but did not make a report to Amazon about content? If so it may be worth contacting them to see why they emailed you, but like everyone else I don't see any scam here.

This is a genuine email from a genuine amazon email account.

    No scam here

OP, what makes you think this is a scam ? Is it simply that it was an unsolicited email ??
Or is there more to this story ?

OP reported someone or someone reported the OP?

Or they sent it to the wrong email address by mistake. I ordered something today and even though i treble checked all the info i sent was correct they still managed to get my address wrong.

Exactly. I haven't made any reports to Amazon. I naturally assumed by clicking on the bottom link would download a trojan or worse.

It must be my bad. Apologies. It's just there's so many scammers and phishers out there I was being over-cautious.

It's good to show caution, you were right to do so!

If you're ever in doubt in the future, you can always post over at the Tech Stuff board here asking for others opinions. Don't let this false positive put you off being cautious! :)
