These terms and conditions apply to the “Win an APH airport hotel and parking package worth up to £120 prize draw” (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
Aviva Advantages is exclusively available online and not available via any other medium. In order to enter this Promotion you will need to register and log into MyAviva. Once logged in, click on “Aviva Advantages”, complete the application form and press “submit”. Your details provided on the application form will only be used to fulfil this Promotion.
Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59:59 on 20 November 2016 (“the Closing Date”).
The promoter is Aviva UK Digital Limited. Registered in England No. 09766150. Registered office: St Helen’s, 1 Undershaft, London EC3P 3DQ. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Firm Reference Number: 728985. (the “Promoter”).
The Promotion is open to full time UK residents who are registered on MyAviva and over the age of 18, except for anyone directly connected with the Promotion. Only one application per household.
Entries that are not in accordance with the rules of entry will be disqualified.
The prize draw will take place on 21 November 2016. The "First Prize" will be awarded to the first entry drawn. The "Runner up Prize" will be awarded to the next entry drawn.
The First Prize consists of a one night stay in a UK airport hotel for up to two adults (the hotel will be chosen by APH from the current list available at the time of redemption) and up to eight days' airport parking for one car (if the winner's holiday is longer than eight days, the winner can pay the difference at the time of booking based on the Aviva discounted rate). The winner must use both elements of the Prize in one trip. The Prize must be booked and used by 31 December 2017. The Prize will be selected by APH from its current range of Hotel & Parking packages on sale from APH.com and is subject to availability. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specified in the prize description including those associated incidental expenses associated with claiming the Prize. Neither APH nor its employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
The Runner Up Prize is entry to a No.1 Traveller / My Lounge / Escape Lounges airport lounge at Birmingham, Gatwick, Heathrow T3, Manchester or Edinburgh airports and is subject to availability. The Prize must be booked and used by 31 December 2017. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specified in the prize description including those associated incidental expenses associated with claiming the Prize. Neither APH nor its employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
The winners will be notified by e-mail on 21 November 2016. If the winners do not respond within 21 days of the time of notification, then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email sent to them by the Promoter within 21 days of that email being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
Once the winners have accepted the Prize, their details will be shared with APH. APH will contact the winners within five working days of receipt of the winners' details to organise the booking of their Prize.
The names of the winners will be made available on request in writing to “Win an APH airport hotel and parking package worth up to £120” prize draw, FAO Lucy Charnock, Aviva, Wellington Row 3, York YO90 1WR within 28 days of the closing date. The winners agree to have their name and county disclosed for this purpose.

The Promoter may ask the winners to provide proof of age, and/or country of residence.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prizes and that are not specifically and expressly included within the Prize description. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.
The Promoter disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter retains the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
