Hi,
I bought a new laptop last week and sometimes when I turn it on it says 'Critical Process Died' and restarts. It's happened two or three times now. What can I do to fix this problem?

You don't say which laptop nor which operating system but if you type "critical process died" into Auntie Google, the first suggestion is to start the lappy with the Windows CD in and carry out a repair.0
