Hi everyone

I'm currently looking at contents insurance for my items. I haven't had contents insurance for over 10 years and I'm just worried that something may happen. I have just signed up for More Than but after reading reviews online I'm worried that if I have to make a claim then I won't get anywhere. Can anyone suggest any good insurers? I tried looking at Aviva but again that's come out with poor reviews.

You'll find good/bad reviews for every insurer.

If you're looking for the best cover with the fewest exclusions, policies from insurers like Hiscox and Chubb would be what you are after.

However, as with anything, you get what you pay for.

hiscox were x3 the cheapest for my area, but they had the least in exclusion criteria. However they won't cover anything that has happened over time as with most other insurers.
