TV / Internet Packages

Ok so I'm heading back to uni and would like to know if there are any good packages that combine both Internet access and Satellite TV. Previously I was living with someone who managed to wrangle us a free Internet trial due to family contacts and we also managed to get half price Sky as he worked for BT. However this year no such luck as he has been poached away from us.
Would it be better to get a package deal or sort them both seperately? We will be in Nottingham if the location is relivant in our options.
Thanks for any idea's or suggestions.

We get Sky for £44 a month, get phone internet and sports.
My mate said virgin media was ace though as you can get the sky sports from them and they give you setanta for free.
You wanna get it sorted sooner than later mind, they are 12 month contracts so you may still be paying it when you move out0
