I've just received one too relating to my wife, who's an additional cardholder on an M&S Charge Card account we've had for years. Since they closed our local store she's not used it anyway. I use mine in a Simply Food shop and occasionally online, so we can easily live without it. This ludicrously disproportionate requirement will be duly ignored and they can do their worst.

Has anybody received the Customer information form to fill and what happens when customers with current account don’t return the completed form?

The letter says without this information, they will place temporary restrictions until you send it back. What is this restriction?

I would think they would either freeze the account or stop any outgoing payments.
