has anyone been successful in making a claim for lost parcel via payperdrop!!
as DHL offer up to £100 insurance subject to you submitting a claim form and provide an original invoice !!
i made a claim 3 months ago and payperdrop dont want to know, never reply to emails !
does anyone have there contact numbers or know the name of the person who deals with the claims?

I did a claim for a massively delayed parcel once, got the costs of sending refunded and extra from DHL for compensation due to the costs incurred in phone calls, stress etc. I ended up after months of waiting contacting PPD, and after phone calls with them, and DHL, DHL actually told me that PPD had received the money, compo etc for some weeks! unfortunately PPD didn't pass it onto me (they said that there were no details with the money when they got it etc etc.. sure..?)
IMO, PPD don't want to deal with claims and paperwork, they just want to sell DHL's service with the minimum of hassle.
I have put in another claim for a damaged parcel and it was a bit difficult to do. Have you tried emailing them at their email address? I know the service has been pretty poor lately.
They do have a claims department, the ladys name is Elsie, I do have a number for the claims department but I don't think I can give it out here. She's quite nice, but last time I called sounded rushed off her feet. Hope this helps and good luck with your claim - they probably have the money from DHL already. Perhaps try calling DHL as well you can find the number on saynoto0870.com give them the parcel number and ask about a claim etc, if they don't know then ask for a supervisor (they are generally much more helpful and in the know).0 -
