I have paid by PayPal website. I have all private information of this Person. Icluding company addresses etc. I'm not sure where I should to go now? To Police? Who is responsible for this kind of frauds from Internet?

How did you pay by Paypal? Was it a gift payment or did you pay through checkout/invoice?

Good, do not close it until you have your refund.

What will happen now is (from memory) Paypal will give you 7 days to try and resolve the issue with the seller. You don't need to do anything. Just wait until you can ESCALATE the case. Then escalate it. Paypal WILL find in your favour (give you a refund) if the seller cannot show tracking.

If you paid for the other items the same way (Paypal invoice/checkout you have 180 days from purchase date to open a dispute).

    Scammers aren't known for caring...

Paypal will refund. No proof you got the item so they'll refund.
  • Yeah, I've gotten a refund. Thanks guys for your help!

That is good news. Thank you for letting us know the outcome.

Just going back to your OP, you say this has happened before. You have 180 days to open a dispute for INR on Paypal, so if the other instances are within that time and you paid in the same way, open disputes for those too.
