Snow break for kids

Hi,
I am looking for a 2 night 3 day break, anywhere that has a high chance of snow, in Europe during the week of December 10th. We do have to be home by the Friday (14th).
My sister in law and I are taking our eldest children, ages 4, 5, and 7.
Ideally we'd like them to be able to snowball fight, maybe a sleigh ride, sledging etc. A christmas market might be interesting for us but not essential.
We have £600 max. for travel and accommodation. I have looked at coach tours but don't think the kids will manage the travel (it'd be unfair on the other passengers as well)
Thanks
SG
All suggestions gratefully received !

That early in the season you have little chance but to go to Scandinavia - unfortunately it'll be expensive0

Thanks, I shall have a search and see if I can find a bargain.

Way not try going to Lapland? I don't know how expensive it would be to go, but from what I've heard most people go for the day and you can go on husky rides, drive snowmobiles, kick sleighs, and reindeer rides (and of course, The Jolly Man himself!) I've never been myself but have heard it's quite good (although I'd be half tempted to take my nephews if they weren't so old!)0
