First Directory or Barclays Packs?

So they both offer pretty much the same things but there's a price difference by a few pounds. But I'm just wondering which one might outweigh the other.
With Barclays travel pack, it gives me travel insurance and breakdown cover with the RAC, I even like the idea of their plus pack and the airport lounge offers, but of course that all comes with a price when I would add the tech pack for my phone, probably over £20.
The First Direct one doesn't seem as appealing though, like there's a lot less information about their services, but the plus side is that it's cheaper, and well First Direct do have the best customer service hands down, and I have banked with them the longest. I often feel like their customer service in dealing with problems and claims would be a lot easier and nicer than with Barclays. But I just don't know, I don't have experience with either of them. At the end of the day I want to cover my phone, and breakdown cover, and travel insurance comes in handy as well.
However breakdown cover isn't a necessity until next August as I am currently covered until then with the dealers who sold my car. So I could just pay for the phone cover with Barclays until later next year, whereas First Directory is an all in one package..
I don't know..has anybody had any experience with either of these?
