Landlord Household Policy

Hello,
We have a small flat worth approx. £100,000 now rented out. The Landlord insurance (seems to be a flat £1 million cover which seems excessive) is £145 plus the Agent's fee of £15. Can anyone advise if this is competitive? I always do a few comparisons for our private household insurance but not sure about this more commercial type insurance.
Thanks

What kind of flat?
Say your tenant manages to blow up the flat due to some gas accident for example how many flats upstairs/downstairs/sideways is that likely to impact?0 -
The premium is probably bedroom-rated not calculated on the sum insured, so the premium for your £1m cover isn't going to half if you ask for £500k instead.I am a mortgage broker. What does the insurance cover?
I would expect buildings cover to be taken out by the management company.0
