Popla Appeal Help

Hello im a newbie to this so please bare with me

I recently had an appeal rejected for parking on private land (London NW8) ticket issued by P4Parking LTD my reason for appeal was there was no signs or lines to indicate that it was private land or there was parking restrictions in place at the development. On the rejection letter they have given photos as evidence of my car being parked however the signage that they are using as evidence is no where next to where i had parked. After receiving the rejection letter i have revisited the location and what a surprise they have put up new signs at the exact location i was parked.

I have been given a popla code to make an appeal so i was wondering if someone could help me on a few points i can mention (im not so good with my wording)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did your first appeal give away who was driving? Hope not but it sounds like it?
