    Secure Trust Bank itself is a fully-fledged bank, a subsidiary of Arbuthnot but other prepaid accounts use the services of external banks, some in a tree of issuer and bank.

    Do you think ones like think bank, icount are any good or are they basically prepaid cards but managed
