Sky log in issues?

Hi there,

Is anyone else having issues logging into their Sky email account?

I keep being told that my details are incorrect - which they're not. So, when I go to click the forgotten password/detail links, it won't accept my email as an active account.

Sky help advise us to go to the forum - but you can't post questions until you log in (:mad:) and there's at least an hour wait on the phone!

Sure have.

Seems many people have the issue (from the Facebook page of Sky) but have not had an explanation or been told how long it will be like this.

So you could or couldn't log into your Sky account?

At a guess it could be something to do with the current DDOS attack that are happening.
