investment plan or stocks and shares isa

I have got a investment plan which has now run for 5years and also a stocks and shares isa,
would it be best now to put the money from the investment plan into the stocks and shares isa
(I have not used my isa allowance for this year) is the isa better for tax allowance..

What is the name and provider of the investment plan?

In general using isas is better as you don't pay any income or capital gains tax, and they are less hassle as you don't have to keep as much or as detailed records.
